Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why is the Babao firmware so cheap? Why is the warranty only for one month?
- Answer: Babao is a basic firmware that supports TLP, and additional technologies can be added separately. It is suitable for gaming and initial testing, keeping the cost low due to its minimalist structure.
Which firmware should I buy for specific games?
- Answer: For games like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG), Apex Legends, and RUST, it is recommended to use version V2.0 for high-quality performance.
What if I have a limited budget?
- Answer: You can start with version V1.0, which is the cheapest option, but it’s better to save up for a higher-quality firmware.
Personal Recommendations:
- For games with Battleye anti-cheat: You can use the built-in firmware that comes with the card (relevant as of December 2024).
- For games with EAC anti-cheat (such as Rust, Fortnite, Apex), it is recommended to use firmware V2.0, and if your budget allows, go for version 3 or 4.
- For Arena Breakout and Delta Force, V3 is recommended, but V2 might also work.
- For Faceit, version 4 is required. However, Faceit actively fights DMA usage, and you may still get banned even with a perfectly configured firmware!
- Why is version 5 so expensive? All because it allows you to play any games and the DMA card will not be visible in the device manager and you can enable kernel isolation.
